an urgent plea

hi lads..
2 things really, coulD someone refresh my memory im stuck.. what are the codes to ensure all living squad members are in a vehicle before it proceeds to next waypoint
and  is there a way of retrieving previous missions i had reviewed before the site crashed.. i changed computers recently and had no back up copy.
the mission titles were
AIRBORNE COMMANDOS (MP)
RAF 617 SQUADRON
DAWNS EARLY LIGHT
i believe they were listed as [BC2] SHARK_ATTACK

{(alive _x) and not (_x in vehiclename)} count units groupname < 1

should do it.  Or could you just synchronise waypoints?
