Is it possible to bypass the 12 per group limit Ex. 16 people per group

No, but some bright people out there have written script packages to let you command more than one group.  Now if I could only remember what they were... Ah yes, here is one. Gen Barrons handsignals package.  Hopefully a copy will also appear in the reconstructed Editors Depot.
