The Operation Frenchpoint people also have a UAV, although it is also unarmed, it is like a mini-helicopter and can also be controlled with a ground station. I didn't actually fly around the enemy to see whether the AI shoots at it or not, but it was pretty good nonetheless. You can also have I think 6 or 8 UAV's at once, setting stuff like speed, rotation, height, camera angle, etc. Naturally it's hard to fly 8 at once....so typically you set the other 7 to a stationary position and then concentrate on the one....
