making a helo land properly

hey all...yet another question for ya's  :)

Is there any way to make an AI controlled helo land on a spot without having it fly around all over the place? I have the helo land right on an invisible H but the helo just spins around everywhere, lands in trees etc etc. Its really annoying lol.
