Trucks that don't supply weapons

seems, I'm keeping you bizzy.
It occurs quite often that standing nearby a truck/armored vehicle gives you the upportunity to swap weapons, pick up handgrenades and stuff.  I'm making this sort of escape mission, and the meaning is to just get in the car without being able to pick up some stuff out of the car. So how can I stop a truck/armored vehicle having ammo in it for soldiers?
