Naming pilot and gunner
« on: 22 Jan 2006, 20:05:16 »
For a chopper insertion, I have all members of the squad grouped with the chopper as their leader.  After the insertion, I have the chopper detach from the group and head away.  The problem is that only the pilot detaches-the gunner is still in my group.  Is there any way to name the gunner when the chopper starts out in the air?

the gunner will assume the name of the helicopter plus the letter g.
ie:
helo name = helo, then helo gunner's name = helog

with a driver it's a d at the end. i suppose a tank commander would be c but im not sure.

If the chopper is called ch then the gunner is called chg and the pilot is called chd.

g for gunner and d for driver.

You could also get at them using:

gunner ch

and

driver ch
