Always search the editor's depot first. There are two resources already there that you will find helpful:

http://www.ofpec.com/editors/resource_view.php?id=763
http://www.ofpec.com/editors/resource_view.php?id=743

Those are the 1.46 faces, what about the resistence faces?  I am especially looking for the one with the blonde moustache.

The resistance faces are named "FaceR01" thru "FaceR04". The female faces are named "Eva", "Kamila", "Lada", "Luci", "Marketa", and "Nada". You can set the face of a unit by typing this in it's init field:

this setface "facename"

However, always use the 'setidentity' command for actual missions, since the 'setface' command is reset after loading a saved game.

Not so.  If you look at:
http://www.ofpec.com/editors/resource_view.php?id=763

You will see it uses ALL of the faces (as well as all of the mimics and all of the voices)
