Hi guys


I know this is possible and i have tried to use the "p2ms" Oxygen to 3dsmax conversion toolkit in the Editors depot.I had a go but im doing something wrong


I have 2 questions.

Is there an easier way to do this??

or

Can someone explain hoe to use the converter as i really dont understand the read me.

I would say yes although I use p3dobj to convert .p3d to .obj then use Deep Exploration to convert .obj to .3ds

First, create a shortcut of the p2ms.exe then open the property of the shortcut. Add a parameter to the end of the exe address line "-yourmodel.p3d" (replace "yourmodel" with your exact filename)
Second, copy the p3d file into the same folder and run the shortcut.
Third, open the LithUnwrap and click the file->Import->Skeleton. Open your converted ms3d model, then click File->Export->Skeleton and select file type 3ds then click save.

Hope that will help! ;)
The propeller is just a big fan in front of the plane used to keep the pilot cool. When it stops, you can actually watch the pilot start sweating.

Im really sorry but i just cant get either of these to work

The first sounds like the simpler but i just cant get it to work
