How do you change OFP's ranking system??

Does anyone know how or if it is possible to change the ranks of the troops in Operation Flashpoint, so that you for example extend it with a little more than just the present ranks of Private, Corporal, Sergeant and then suddenly jump to the ranks of Lieutenant, Captain etc.?

Is it possible? If so, how do you change it?

you cant expand the amount but you could edit the ranks so its private, corpral etc etc but therefor i dont think you will be able to have the same ones as you do now
for example just incasse you dont uderstand

i dont know how many ranks ofp has i cant remember but i guess is 7 you can edit those 7 but not add anymore

to edit the original ones i think you must look in operation flashpoint directory then find the folder called bin, then in there should be a .csv file open it up and do a serch for private it should take you to the ranks it may require searching for a few different things but once found
there should be a load of different languages edit the language which you know english, frence whatever language you play in

now edit all the ranks there are and save the file but remember to make a back up of the original .csv file
