Well if this is a request for people to help make a campaign then it should go to the recruitment lounge.

But the first question seems like a request for help to which the answer is:
Record the sound and save it as an ogg file
in the script put:
unitname say "soundfilename.ogg"

There are lots of tutorials in the Editor's Dept that explains all of this in much more detail.
