o2 Texturing problem

im not new totexturng on o2 but recently ( the pas day and a half) ive had this problem:

when i try to load a texture (TGA), one that worked a couple of days ago, it wont load it comes up with an error saying tht it cannot convert it into a paa file? any ideas?

note: it did not come upwith this error two days ago, and it dose this forevery tga file.

Why not just convert them all to .paa or .pac?

i tryed that,i dont get an error, they dont load, the square i draw stays blank.  :(

what i normally do is use Tga files so i can see what the model looks like textured in buldozer, the i will once i have finished the model redirect all of the texture files to Paa files i make from the tga files.

Are your texture files in the same folder as your model file?
