Hi!

How can I check whether a unit is standing, crouching or lying? I suppose it can't be done so I don't have much hope for an answer :P

nope i dont think it can be done there may be a very complicated work around but even then i doubt it would be very reliable

i think some people mentioned about doing it using a smoke grenade but i think it was unreliable.


theres probly a way to get around it, what are you trying to use it for?

For different animations when a guy gets hit by another guy and falls to the ground. If he's lying down he also uses the "civildying" animation which forces him to stand up.
