a window?? sounds a bit dangerous - you're PC might fall out...
do you mean like its restored down?
EDIT: what effect exactly are you trying to achieve? i would be interested to know...

Try a -window switch in your shortcut target field.......
However you will then have 2 cursors.

. it has a 'windowed' option.
edit - doesn't solve the 2 mouse problem...
