Convert pac to psd or pdd?

Hello folks:

How does one convert a pac file to a pdd or psd?
I tried renaming the file with texview and it does not work...
of to TIFF or something else?
 :P

you have to save it as a .tga and then can be turned into a .psd

You can open the *.pac in the TexViewer then click "Save as...", select "All files" and type a ".tga" extension in the filename,finally save the file and you will get a different size TGA format picture. ;D
Then you open the TGA file in PhotoShop and edit it!

Hope this will help! :D
The propeller is just a big fan in front of the plane used to keep the pilot cool. When it stops, you can actually watch the pilot start sweating.
