cam create object

i think i rmemebered seeing something like this but cant find it i checked the search and ed depot

what im trying to do is cam create objects currently placed on the map's using the show id
get the object of what i want to cam create and do something it had something to do with checking the mission.sqm doing getting some details from there then using what ever deatil found to cam create the object im looking for some fuel base wich i would like to cam create without using the Editor update

i saw it somewhere and cant find it again has anyone seen this beofre or know how i can do my problem
