Check if player take bomb from crate

How do I check the player from taking a pipebomb in a crate?  ???   The bomb has to be delivered later in another place in order to complete an objective.

I can't find out how to do it.

I don't think there is a command to return the contents of a crate. Or am I wrong?
But...
:hmm:
The HasWeapon command could be usefull here and then check the precence of the player with a trigger in the area nearby that other place.
Or iis it more complex than that?
