okay ive got some little thing about time ive seen somewhere you have to do something with the time to get the actual time you want
eg say i want all the fires to turn on when the time gets past 21:00hours then i take 20:00 and multiply it by somethig to get the actual time

then that leads onto my second question when time is past 20:00 i want an officer night equitment to start launching flares every 5minutes until it runs out then simply addmagazine the guy some more flares then he carries on but after every 3flares he fires he waits 10mins before starting to fire more

There's a lot to be said for reading the command reference.

Doing so, not once but several times, will give you a good idea of what is available.   8)

like it was said above, use the command reference

http://www.ofpec.com/editors/comref.php

and the 20 is in hours (0 being 00:00, 23 being 23:00)

cheers,
Phil
