Lockups??

After about playing 5 minutes then it locks up. Iv tried Reinstalling the game several times. Then I went into ofp Prefenses and increased the Total Memory to 2043 but that does not work, and my Virtual Memory is set for 1536 so that cant be it either. Any suggestions??
