A new addon/mod

There's a site ready, there's some money in it as incentive and to get the ball rolling, and I SO want this but can't do it myself (no time, no experience).

hmmm.... just to put on my moderator's cape for a moment, this looks very like a double post. you've mentioned this at length in a couple of places now. anyone who is likely to help will see it in the right place, i.e. the recruitment board.
