config file and "model" line
« on: 11 Jun 2005, 20:38:51 »
Hello
I converted an East troops' PBO to be on the West side. The units are showing up on the West side in the mission editor alright, but I am missing the Officer and the LAW soldier.
When I took a look back at the config file, the missing troops had one thing in common; a line that read //model=vojakw; for the LAW soldier and the Officer has a //model=vojakeoficer;
I suspect that "vojak-" is Czech or something for "East" and that is why my some of my West-converted East troops are not showing up in the Mission Editor...

So, does anyone know the word for "West?!"

vojak means 'soldier' AFAIK.

mc vojake2 is the soldier model used by the game for all east soldiers, apart from snipers, spetz natz, pilots, tank crew and officers.

Officers use mc vojakeo2

For west it is mc vojakw2 and mc vojakwo2
