Is it possible to make a unit stop moving his head to stare other units?

ought to do it.

Good concept there KTottE, but wouldn't using:

unitname dowatch targetname

suffice in this situation?

Yes, that would probably suffice, if it had worked the way it should have.
I've often run across situations where Unit1 is still moving his head around even if I tell him to watch Unit2.
DisableAI "autotarget" tells him to keep his attention directed forward at all times. Or rather, it tells him not to direct his attention anywhere, which results in him looking straight forward.
