This just isn't making sense!

I have tried all the combos on the forum I could find about the 'Player' Not being In the 'Vehicle'   e.g.

!(Player IN Chopper) : GoTo "Next"
didn't work.
?!(Player IN Chopper) : GoTo "Next"
didn't work.
?!=(Player IN Chopper) : GoTo "Next"
that didn't work.
!Player IN Chopper : GoTo "Next"
that didn't work either....

Im driving myself insane here.
Im using CwC if that makes a diference.
Please help me out here...Thanks.

is the right one.   Have you called the chopper "chopper"?   Is there really  a label "Next" in the script?

Yes Chopper is just an example   but I have the names right and there is a 'Next'   I will try again.
