I have a problem with installing addons. Some addons will work and some wont. I installed a MI-24 pack and that worked fine and jam 2 also works fine. But other addons such as the ones in seb nam 2 or Liberation 1945 or not just mods , invidual addons like us troops pack wont work. Iv installed hundreds of addons before and stuff like that before. But then I installed a new hard drive. And ever since then most addons wont work. Basically what happens is i put the addons where the need to be (In the Addons Folder) then fire up Flashpoint and all i get is a black screen for about 10 sec then it turns light blue and stays like that. But i can hear the music for the main screen and stuff. Then I uninstall the addons the i just installed and it works fine!.

Are you using the -nomap switch in your shortcuts target field?

No I was not using it.... so then I put it in the target field and now it works. What does that mean exactley No map. Isnt that for low memory.. I have 1 gig of ram and a 120 gig hard drive and i just installed my hard drive 2 days ago so i have very very few programs on it.

It means the game does not memory map every addon that you have in the addons folder into memory at game start.
Basically ;D
