Paa Tool
« on: 13 Apr 2005, 21:44:26 »
I cant seem to find anything on converting pics to paa files. Like jpegs to paa.

I want to put pics in briefing using paa files.

How do I go about this?

I already downloaded Paa Tool but I have no idea how to use it.

Thanks.

Change your jpg into a tga file, PaaTool will then load it correctly.

Ok, I found how to convert to tga & then converted to paa & copied from a BAS mission to place the pic in notes section but it doesn't show. So I tried using the pic from the bas map but it doesn't show too. So I must have something wrong with my HTML...

<!------------------------------------------------>
<!-- Notes Section (in handwriting) -->
<!------------------------------------------------>

<h2><a name="Main"></a></h2>
<h5>
<p>
<p align="center"><img src="elect3a.paa" width="200" height="90"><br>

There are weapons and equipment in tents.
<br>
Be ready for anything.

</h5>
</p>
</h5>
<hr>

Does this look like how its supposed to be written?

I've done this with jpegs & it works but I'm lost with this.

Thanks for the help.

Hmmm............it just occurred to me, can you use .paa pictures in briefings?

If you have seen it in a BAS mission I suppose it must be possible.

Yes the BAS mission maker Nagual is very good at briefs(The best I've seen).

He always has intel pages with paa pics. It gives it a good professional look & the pics always look better than the jpeg ones I've seen.
