is there a script that can make the ais mouth move for cutsceans

You don't need a script for it. Try putting this into either a trigger or unit:

unitname playmove "EffectStandTalk"
or

Code: [Select]
unitname switchmove "EffectStandTalk"

Check out the online comref. It has loads of things in there that help with this sort of this  ;)

Yeah it's called the "say" command. Here is a tut that should help you learn how to use it:

don't you just use lip files to allow the ai to say anything they want, once you've recorded it?

Record WAV files and use a program called WAV2LIP, which automatically generates lip movement files.
