The boom command was for debugging sound issues, and I must have forgotten to remove it from one of the soldiers init fields.
hehe no worries, was just reporting like a good litle beta tester ;)

I used .wss files straight out of the DTA/Souds  folder in OFP instead of recording/downloading.  This way the core zip will be nice and small and users can either cut and paste the relavent sounds into the empty mission/sound folder to put in their own (I'll detail it in the ReadMe :)). Plus I'll put the .wss's into a separate zip so people can use those too without having to dePBO their sound folder.

P.S.  If anyone else is interested in the supression script I have dubbed the Pretty Little Hate Machine, it will be released to the public in a day or so.
Been having fun with the first one so looking forward to the public release even more - I've already had at least three players nearly change their pants over this one, my favourite has been placing a ricochet noise near the edge of a building in their favourite sniping positions.

Was laughing so hard my wife thought I was going to lay an egg! ;D

Grendel, had an idea...

The mission I was working on was based in the MOG (no; NOT connected with 'Blackhawk Down' - that's been done to death) so I will send that through once I've incorporated it all together and see what you think.

I will need to find someone for the briefing though.

Hey terame,

Actually, you would need to customize each "weapon" seperately (as they are independent in targeting and rate of fire), The fire.sqs is only considered a "Core Script" since it determines the group array and globalizes the variables for the other firing points . An "easy" way to adjust intensity would be to change the max threshold of rounds fired between target selection, and changing the wait times between bursts.  Obviously, adding/deleting certain "weapons" will also change the intensity.

Just use you imagination, and experiment untill I finish a proper readme :)  This is always the hardest part for me...

I have been working on some sample missions, as it only seems to work with elevations, I am also working on a readme...

The reason for the delay is that our wonderful friend MSBlaster came through and invited an older but more aggressive friend with him and I lost all my game files :(
