Guide to scripting

Hello. im looking for a guide, help file or manual  to learn basic scripting, or a beginner guide to start scripting, anywone who now were a can find one.....

The learn-scripting route is well established.    Read:-

• Abuu's Basic Editing Guide
• snYpir's A Friendly Intro to Code Snippets
• Johan Gusafsson's Scripting Tutorial

You will also need, and its advisable to read through them quickly like a book:-

• Online command reference
• Unofficial Command reference guide

For simple examples of working scripts in the field:-

• Tutorial Mission

...or good old fashioned trial and error (otherwise known as practice ;D) but the comref is a must.

of course, if you aren't like me, and find it easier to start from what everyone else already knows, well, good on you, you're normal. (as opposed to me who decided to  mess with different commands in triggers/look at official bis missions to figure things out...:hmm:)

I've got an ace tutorial, was mentioned on here as while back. Don't know who its by, but i found it very helpful, let me know if you want it.  ;D
