config command refrence

i was trying to get one of the config tuts from the ed depot but for some reason i cant d/l anything from the ed depot.

so is there somewhere i can get a fully explained example config file. where it says the comand and then next to it, what it means or somthing like that?

I find it hard to believe that there isn't more out there though, since there are about 1,000,000 addonmakers. I'd suggest asking this in the official forums (addon/mods: discussion board), since more addonmakers seem to hang out there.
