when you create a mission it is saved in a folder in,
users/yourname/missions

The name you gave your mission when you saved it in the editor will be the name given to a folder in this folder. Open it and you'll find a mission.sqm, put your script in with this file.

Welcome, and I just wanted to add something cause Thobson and Mac already answered the question.

I just found that making a new folder in the Codemasters/OFP folder called Scripts is pretty helpful. Almost all good scripts I've used in the past or messed with are in there, so I don't have to go through other mission folders again or download off of OFPEC again. Just thought I'd add that, cause its helpful to me. ;)
