Looking for a good Modding Program...
« on: 30 Jan 2005, 04:25:31 »
I've just spent the last four hours trying to find a program

that helps you create addons for OFP. I can't believe that

of all the people who create addons, none of them ever

mention the programs they use. It would be greatly

appretiated if someone gave me the names of some

good modding programs and where I could find them.

Thanks all!

Look for Oxygen and Bulldozer. That's for the models and stuff. I've heard of Texview and binarize being used, but I'm no addon maker. :-\ I tried but ah, lets say it didn't work out. ;) ;D

Edit: Oh yea and most stuff is in OFPEC/Editor Depot/Tools with a little searching. Try searching "addon"? :P

Thanks, guys!  :)

Just to let you know, I did search for addons, modding,
programs, etc. but these words are used so much in the
forums that I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Although I did see the names of those editors, they were
never actually mentioned as editors. I was just kind of
confused.

Also, I'm currently using WrpTool to edit maps...
Is this the best one to use?
