Still there must be a entry somewhere that controles this "sight sway" as it is in the game.
It ain't in the config file anyway
Actually, it is. The amount of "sway" is configured in the animation config. So whenever you are in the "combat" animation, you have one sway, and when you are in the "laying" animation, you have another sway. The only way to change the default animations is to edit the game's config file, however, so you can't do it on a per-mission basis (or even a per-addon basis, really), aside from using the setdammage trick. Basically, you will just be doing this for yourself, not those who play your mission. IM me if you really want to change it, and I'll show you how. It isn't very hard.
One of these days I'm going to publish a config with this changed, along with AI sight/hearing distance increases....
