Soldier Command Bar Icons

I want to add new icons to a soldier that i have, icons for the command bar that is. I already have the icons and in the .cpp I put :
      
picture="\misc\icon1.paa";

This works to an extent. The icon i added shows up as a smaller icon next to the large orginal ones. I want my icon to be the big one. If you are confused to as what i am talking about ill post a picture.

your icon might be to small. standard ofp command bar icons are 128x64 pixels.

The larger icon is actually from the weapon the unit is carrying.  There is nothing in the unit's config for this but the weapons config.  This is so when a unit has an MG or sniper rifle you see it in the comand bar.  You'll immediately no what weapon the unit has and can command him accordingly.
