Does anyone know where I can get download the APC that the Russians in the above picture are sitting on? I've looked on their site, buyt its in Russian and I couldn't find it anyway

Well, don't panic... I think you are talking about the VIT APC pack.

Unless it's something new theyr'e working on i'm guessing it is DKM/VIT Apc pack:
