Question about soldier movements/actions

Is there a command or a script that would simulate soldiers talking? ie. lips moving and arms moving around, sorta like in the first Resident Evil for PS1. I don't want them to saying anything just have their fat lips flapping and monkey arms swinging :D

put this in the init field of the soldier you want to talk:

this switchmove "EffectStandTalk"
