I've already know how to delete a vehicle, but if i input the same code on a man  the game crashes. So do i need a another code or what?

Seems to me it's your computer that's messing round.

DeleteVehicle should work on men but depending on the situation a number of different commands could be used to create a similar effect. Perhaps setdammage or setpos are reasonable alternatives.

What code are you using?    deleteVehicle is the correct command for deleting a unit.
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play

Also when are you trying to delete him? If you delete a soldier during the GetOut event, that will crash ofp.

I have seen deletevehicle cause problems when used in a waypoint (the owner of the waypoint was the one being deleted! ;) ).

I can confirm that it does work on people though...

Well, I have never had problems with this kind of 'scenario'...
Worked on vehicles and men (well, in OFP 'humans' are vehicles too ;) )...
