bas scud to target player group maybe?

I just had a wacco idea recently and i wonder if there is a way to make the bas scud to target player group anyway?
i got a group of players that will do some special ops behind enemy lines and many a.i groups will be looking for them.
being able to call backup , artillery on you and so on.
but i got a crazy idea anyways that i could try making scuds firing scud rockets at you  ;D
