Getting Rid of Crosshairs

How can I get rid of the crosshairs during a certain part of my mission. I need to be able to hide them for a period from the player even if he's on cadet mode. I had a flick through my command manual but I couldn't find a relevent command. Any ideas?

I think you can only do it in the main menu options. If you could find a way to switch ingame....

I don't think its changable in the pause options menu.

Alright then, thanks for the help. I'll leave this tread open in case anyone knows how it can be done.

Why do you want to get rid of them? They are defined in an addon's config, I believe, so if you really, really wanted to, you could make an addon that doesn't have crosshairs. But perhaps there is something else you can do in your mission to get a similar result?

Well it's basically a slideshow of resources to act as the credits of the campaign I'm working on. I've just had a eurika moment though    - all I need to is create a camera, then the cross hairs wont be visible. Argh, why didn't I think of that before  .

Parhaps I should have posted the full circumstances at the start. Thanks for the help anyway though  .
