are there any scripts needed to make an already modeled and textured weapon fire if so how would i learn to make these

If you mean "how to make a unit fire", you can use the "dofire" command. If you didn't understand that, you should read some tutorials on scripting-ofpec is full of them!  ;)

no that is not what i mean im talking about addon editing.

Ohh I see what you mean..
You need a config.cpp file along side it the models and textures, and some point names in the model too
The config.cpp file is the hardest part, but look for tutorials on modeling.. Most of them have a sample config you can edit
The tutorials will help you with that too ;)
