WRP File Format

I'm not sure this goes here, but I then where else can it go?

Hi all,

Well, the title says it all.  I have seen the documentation for WRP File Format by zwadar, but there are several parts of it I can't understand.  This is mainly becuase it is written in hexadecimal, and I'm used to decimal.  Anyway, here's the main problem.

I get the Object ID and the Model, but I just don't understand the rotation.  Why have two parties, when it would work ok with just 1?

Anyway, I don't get this.  If anywone understands it, or has a link to a different tutorial, I'll be very grateful.

I think I can understand the rest, but if not, I'll just reply.

Thanks!

By the way, I'm needing this becuase I've decided to create a tool which creates random island meshes.  Thanks again.
