Split screen
« on: 21 Sep 2004, 19:17:15 »
Hi, I have knowledge of basic camera scripting and also the fact that ive never seen it leads me to 99% sure its not possible.
Despite this, ill ask anyway, incase there is some obscure way its even remotley possible  :P

Can you create a split screen within OFP, and more inparticluar so you could have seperate camera.sqs's running for it?

Thanks.

No, basicly
You can use fraps to get the video into a .avi file
And use video editing software to do splt screen
But not in ofp :(

I thought there theoretically might be some way the screen could be formatted, but didn't think the chances were high.

Thanks anyway :)

I think it is possible in VBS1 (or at least you can have a small PIP while you are looking at your map, I think I saw in a video). So it should be in OFP2, not that it helps :)

For this kind of thing there is KEGETYS!! You should ask him if it's REALLY important. I don't think he'll find it very useful though..

I thought of that. But to get something like even 15 frames per second would be difficult and extremley time comsuming. Its not that important.

Also, i may be wrong, but i think the largest you can use is 256x256, so wouldnt work for what i intended.

Plus it defeats the point of the question  ;D
