How to 'Create' and 'destroy' a camera

Hi all.

I am getting quite good at cutscene making, except i dont know the main things, how to 'create' and 'destroy' a camera. Please help!

Read snYpir's Intro to Camera Scripting and also messiah's camera.sqs tutorial.   You must read them both in that order.
