OFP Recorder?

Is there any program that can be used to record whatever is on ones screen at any time? For our movie we were thinking so that nobody would have to download any addons we make it an MPEG or something of that sort so people can watch it on Media Player rather than on OFP. I've seen it done before but I don't know what program was used!

I've never tried this before but you might want to take  a look at www.fraps.com

also a very good program is "Camtasia Studio 2"  do a google for the link its very good plus it has built in editor

The way FRAPs if any use if you pay for V2..
Fraps 1 is pretty much useless, as it only records up to 600X400, and has no sound..
Fraps 2 is amazing though :)
