Map briefing text problems

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to complete a mission where the briefing is done by forcing the map to appear and using map animation. My problem is that the officer is describing the mission and the captions (from stringtable) are in white colour so it is difficult to read them. How can I change there colour for as long as the map briefing goes on?

First, read Xenofanes tute about custom fonts, while you're at it read Vektorbosons Dialog tutorial and download the dialog creator utility by razorwings.

I already read all 3 tutes you mentioned and I can create text of various types and colours.

My problem is that I don't know how to change the colour of the stringtable captions appearing during map briefing. I know I can define the captions in description and call them using TitleRsc everytime someone speaks but I would like to use the stringtable.

Finally I used the TitleRsc method after defining my text in the description file and it works fine.
