I'm having the same problem. O2 is installed and buldozer works fine. My textures are in a file on my C: drive (the same as budozer) I've checked my pathwys and they appear to be correct (ie mybuilding\mybuilding\texturename.paa) and I get the old cannot load texture error as well. VERY FRUSTRATING !! Please help.

I can only detail the way I have it all installed on my machine and hope that it helps you.

I have oxygen installed to the following path:

C:\EditingTools\Oxgen

Buldozer is installed to the same place and the path to the DLL folder is also the same.

Inside the Oxygen folder I have the following folders:

Bin.....bin files and csv file
Data.....textures from Data.pbo
Data3D.....MLOD model files
Fonts........fonts
Landtext.......textures from Landtext.pbo
o.........textures from O.pbo
Users........user frofiles
Worlds........intro.wrp

When I am working on a model I will also have a folder for that project called for instance 'Newbridge'.
Inside this folder will be the p3d model file I am working on.
If all or some of the textures are not in the data folder, for instance they are custom textures, then they will also be in here.
If some textures from the data folder are used in the model I don't need to copy them here they can be referenced from the data folder.

So the path to the textures held in my project folder would be, for example

Newbridge\superduper.paa
Newbridge\evenmoresuperduper.paa

btw.....try to keep your texture names short, unlike the above examples.

Textures from the Data folder would have the path:

Data\texturename.paa

Hope this has all been of some help.
