Controlable Parachute

Has anyone made a controlable parachute?  Modern parachutes allow the "driver" to have some directional control and control over decent rate.  This would be nice for some realistic HALO drop missions.

One could look at the hang-glider addon and use that as an example of how a controlable parachute could be done.

FDF 1.3 for one. It's amazingly entertaining to play as a combat diver and do a HALO jump straight into the water ;D .

I have FDF 1.3, but, is there a way I can use the FDF 1.3 parachute addon in OFP without launching in FDF mode? I.E. is it a seperate addon, or is it bundled with the entire FDF 1.3 package?
