Sound and animation pack for 1.46

Is there any realistic sound and animation pack out there for 1.46? (Or just one of them).

but animationpack I saw only one

But do you know where i can get a animation pack? Or was that a sound/animation pack? But i didn't use that one i used another sound one (i tryed that one out and imo it was that good i like the other sound pack i have) but now i need a animation pack if you guys can help?

The Soldier holt the weapon like aiming
and an new sprint animation
