Move or create marker ingame

I need a marker become visible and move (or create at) the position enemy was detected. I have got the position (the easy part), but it seems not possible to change a position of a marker.

How is it possible to move or create a marker ingame?

You can't create.  Make it invisible at the start then use setMarkerType, setMarkerColour and setMarkerPos commands to get what you want.
