Where do i start with editting scripts into mission or something like that.

I really wanna make some cool shit, but the basics arn't enough for that.

I want my own music and stuff and i want triggers to work better than before.

Can you guys help me.

Hello there Blitzer and welcome to the wonderful world of OFP editing. First things first u shud check out the editors depot for sum basic tuts for new people.

Dnt be afraid to ask questions in here as well but make sure u search the forum first.

Well first off grab any and all scripting tutes in the editor depot and read them.

Then experiment. Another good thing to get would be a ofp script editor like Chris's OFP Script Editor or CHOFPSE in the ed depot. That allows you to put in your own music and such.

Otherwise almost any editer question can be answered here in the OFPEC forums.

The best tutes to start with for scripting are snYpir's Friendly Intro to Code Snippets and Johan Gustafsson's Scripting Guide.   If you want to see some very simple scripts in action get the Tutorial Mission.

For general Mission Editor and mission creation stuff, start with the Getting Started section of the Tutorials.    You should be familiar with all of the tutorials there before venturing further afield.    Included here is a lot of good stuff on triggers.   Make sure you look at The Real Armstrong's switch trigger tute.

For sound and music, the usual starting point is Bloodmixer's Sound Tutorial.

Oh, and
