scratch the first post, new question, how do you end a mission and set the end up so the next mission in the campaign is a direct result of the first mission.

example, unit a and unit b die in group 1. They are not in mission 2.

You're going to have to make more then one copy of the next mission. Something that happens in one mission has no effect on any other mission.

Have one copy include Unit A and Unit B and the other copy exclude Unit A and Unit B. Have two different outcomes. End 1 (Unit A and Unit B survive) and End 2 (Unit A and Unit B don't survive). End 1 continues to the mission with Unit A and Unit B and End 2 continues to the mission without Unit A and Unit B. Or whatever.
