Look at sites like www.turbosquid.com (I think thats it), or www.exchange3d.com

Google too :P
Look for my OFP Plugins thread, HalfLife to O2, and a few others in this section

Should cover most of the getting ASC/3ds models into O2 :)

Textures I'm still to work out.. 3DS files have the textures linked in the file.. Not sure about paths to them though..
